Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Production
All of our items are made-to-order just for you! Please allow 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your item(s) to be printed, packed, and shipped. 
2. Shipping Times & Rates
Transit times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3–8 business days for US/Domestic orders.
  • International Shipping: Usually takes 10–20 business days depending on customs and local postal services.
  • Note: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you haven't received your tracking number after 7 business days, please reach out to us at [Your Support Email].
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs policies vary widely. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a package reaches your specific destination. You, the customer, are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges. 
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
Because our items are printed on demand by our fulfillment partners, carriers may occasionally experience unexpected delays. 
  • If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date (domestic) or 20 days (international), please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned to sender due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout!
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right!
